Application to Join Creekside Fire Company

   We are always welcoming and accepting applications for membership, to anyone who would like to join the Creekside Volunteer Fire Company.  Becoming a member does not mean that you have to become a firefighter.  There are plenty of events that members can assist in that do not involve firefighting, such as fundraisers, parades, and community service.  To begin the process of becoming a member please print and completely fill out all three pages and then mail the application with ten dollars cash or check to the address below.  Also, please feel free to attend one of our events and hand in the application at that time.
